Is your website secure?
Yes. Our site uses encryption when processing orders. Payments are made through a secure payment gateway. This service is supported by all major banks, and to enable further security you may be asked to complete 3D checks when your card issuer supports it.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs are calculated based on the final destination, and the amount or the total weight of products ordered. The delivery charge is added to your order before the order is confirmed at checkout and before payment is taken. For more details, see our Delivery Charges page.
When will my products be delivered?
We endeavour to dispatch all products that are in stock within 24 hours. Occasionally, items are not immediately available. In this case we will dispatch as much of your order as possible and back order any unavailable items for delivery at a later date at no additional cost.
Why do we take payment when the order is placed?
We use a secure on-line payment system, which means we can secure our products against your order.
Is VAT included?
No. We are not VAT registered and therefore do not include VAT in our prices.
What payments do you accept?
You can use any of the popular credit and debit cards, with the exception of American Express, as listed on the home page.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to amend your order prior to dispatch, please contact us on 01704 546082 and we will try to help. To return unwanted items, please refer to our Returns Policy
Do deliveries need to be signed for?
Some packages may require a signature upon delivery.
