Returns Policy
It is the customer’s responsibility to return the goods to Oh Buoy (159 Eastbank Street,
Southport, Merseyside, PR8 1EE) and we recommend you send via a method with proof of delivery.
Unwanted Items must be returned to Oh Buoy unused and with the order invoice within 28 days of receipt.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. Any returns may incur a re-stocking charge of 20% of the value of the original order. Or if applicable the same amount will be deducted from any refund.
Oh Buoy reserves the right to refuse returns or make a partial refund at our discretion.
In the unlikely event an item has a manufacturing fault, you must notify us (01704 534040) as soon as possible after receiving it. Following the return of the product, if after our inspection the product is deemed to have a manufacturing fault we will provide you with either a replacement or a full refund.
Oh Buoy will not refund any item that has been tampered with. Buoys and fenders are delivered to our customers inflated at an optimal size. Although they have an inflation valve, customers should not attempt to inflate or deflate as this can damage the valve or the buoy / fender. Any damage caused due to tampering will void the return policy.
Please note that any postage costs incurred in returning or sending the item cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
